Returns:
Within 14 days and upon notification by email (info@levius.it) it will be possible to return the goods in accordance with the EU Directive of 25/10/11.
The return will be followed by a refund within 3 working days. Shipping costs are always charged to the customer and Hi-tec will not accept freight collect shipments.

Rules for substitution
The rules for the replacement of size or color are very similar to the withdrawal:
Within 14 days and upon notification by email (info@levius.it) it will be possible to return the goods for replacement in accordance with the EU Directive of 25/10/11.
1. Items must be in their original packaging complete with all related accessories.
2. The items must be unworn except for testing and returned in the same condition as when they were received.
3. The request for replacement will be followed by the sending of a form to be filled in and sent back by email. Insert the return form inside the package together with the items to be replaced.
4. An authorization number will also be sent to you and the shipping address will be specified. Both must be indicated on the outside of the package.
5. Send your return as you prefer. We advise you to use a service that allows you to insure the value of the package as this will remain under your responsibility until it is received at our warehouses.
